This can be due to a whole host of reasons. However, if you follow this process, you will have the issue resolved.


1. Always contact Anthem FIRST to see if they can resolve the issue.

2. If contacting Anthem does not work for you, please feel free to reach out to your BimGroup representative, Rose Taylor,  rose@bimgroup.us directly. She is most likely going to be able to resolve your claim timely.


3. If this doesn't work, please contact your TMS HR department by submitting an HR ticket at hrsupport@taylormadesales.com
