The first step on this issue, is to check to make sure your drug is on the list of Rx drugs or needs a pre-authorization from Anthem. 


1. Please visit the Anthem drug list located here to see if your drugs are on the plan list.

2. Please have your doctor visit this site or you access if for them to start the pre-authorization process for a drug not on the list. 

3. If your issue is still unresolved, please feel free to reach out to your BimGroup representative, Rose Taylor,  rose@bimgroup.us directly. She is most likely going to be able to resolve your claim timely.
